The transporter 2: 6.5

Entertaining unrealistic, all in all pretty cool
Think it should get some kind of reward for the actions scenes... For must unrealistic or something..

Nah, this flick needs to be locked away and everyone who was responsible for it to be hanged by noon.

Transporter 2 = 2/10 Damn why does he try to be jackie chan / jet li / whoever with the firehose thing? It just didnt look convincing or cool anyway. The women were ugly as fuck too! that blonde had dogey makeup and no tits and her chuff was wide as fuck O.o . Also what was the french geezer there for exactly? and why would an alamr go off everytime the database is accessed? Ok maybe from an external source but a computer in the office Rolling Eyes and he just so happened to be using the computer of a guy on holiday Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes beyond stupid really but the car scenes weren't too bad apart from the rediculous "lets spin and detach the domb with a winch". Also the jet ski scene! how fucking rediculous can you get!? Also when the guy gets injected...... he couldn't see the colour difference of the worlds deadliest virus? It was bright yellow ffs!!!. argh I could just rant on for ages actually about how bad this film was and in fact i'm going to change my rating to 1/10 STAY AWAY it really is as bad as that!

I finally got around to seeing Saw 2. I actually really liked this one. Granted the acting was not amazing but it was exponentially better than the original. 7/10

Even though it had Andy Milonakis this was really good. One of the best comedies i've seen in a while and took a slightly different spin on things. Was great though and a good first film for Rob McKittrick

Fear and Lothing in Las Vegas - 7/10 - Some fucked up things are going on in this freaky film from the director behind Monty Python's movies. Superb actin and a twisted and bizarre plot which left me with confuse and a head filled with question marks.

We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a saltshaker half-full of cocaine, and a whole multi colored collection of uppers, downers, laughers, screamers... Also, a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether, and two dozen amyls. Not that we needed all that for the trip, but once you get into a serious drug collection, the tendency is to push it as far as you can. The only thing that really worried me was the ether. There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge, and I knew we'd get into that rotten stuff pretty soon.

Very Happy

I got that Criterion edition of the movie for only $10 at the EB I work at. Guy traded it in. It's in perfect condition. It sells for $40 at amazon. When I saw it I was like I gotta pick this up cause it's such a steal. I haven't gotten around to watching it yet though. I haven't seen the movie to begin with.

Well you are in for a treat Smile Though im not completely sure what the criterion edition has to offer in the film itself. But from what I've read its all about extras, "Fucked up drawings, Director Commentary, TV Spot, etc.

Though go watch it dude, and please give out your impression of it Smile

Yea I loved the Machinist as well... Muy bueno indeedo.

I went out and bought The Royal Tenenbaums SE on DVD. I love Wes Anderson films. They have that sort of exagerated mystique to them that just draws you in. That combined with amazing dialogue and great camera work... damn i love his films.

Red Dawn - 6/10 - The plot was excellent and if just had a bad ending then it could all be well... Though that aint happening, because we all know a bunch of kids between 15 and 18 and stop the entire soviet army all by themselves. Rolling Eyes

overrated. The beginning is like a Full Metal Jacket rip off. There's nothing special about this movie or what hapened in the desert. They sat there for months digging holes and jerking off, the actual war only lasted for 4 days. I think that the worst thing that hapened to him was not that he was sent to war, not that he risked his life a couple of times, but that he lost his girlfriend. I believe that guy never got over that and blames desert storm for it.
This movie is not that informative, every thing you see in there you've seen in other movies before, there is no real drama, no really horrible things worth mentioning either.
But it has a great soundtrack and some beautifull images of the desert, but that's it. The rest is just boring and the guy whines about his girl probably screwing some other man back home.

If you want a decent war flick, watch full metal jacket, or saving private ryan,...
