After four years of development, modder ‘Timian’ and his team have released a new fan expansion for Half Life 2, HL2 – ICE. ICE continues the game’s storyline somewhere in the Antarctic through ice landscapes and underground bases.
Today I didn't even need to use my AK. I gotta say it was a good day. (c) - Ice Cube
wut there was nothing special in that video. All it made me think was "this needs PBR".
TWIN PEAKS is "something of a miracle."
"...like nothing else on television."
"a phenomenon."
"A tangled tale of sex, violence, power, junk food..."
"Like Nothing On Earth"
Sin317-"im 31 years old and still surprised at how much shit comes out of my ass actually ..."
SteamDRM-"Call of Duty is the symbol of the true perfection in every aspect. Call of Duty games are like Mozart's/Beethoven's symphonies"
deadpoetic-"are you new to the cyberspace?"
One good thing (? I suppose?), you know Valve is never going to issue a cease & desist for something like that, unlike every other developer/publisher. In fact they'll no doubt happily provide a license and let them sell it on Steam. Not that it will probably ever see the light of day.

Thank Gman we have Black Mesa, the proper playable modernized version that Half Life deserves, retaining most of the charm of the original game without butchering it with questionable artistic directions. It's allergic to Xen's gravity..but still!

It's almost like HL2's homemade Opposing Force in which you play as a Combine soldier, with a storyline linking up also Portal and the Episode 3 that we never had. The dialogues range from good to cheesy, but they're never too annoying and there's charm involved. Although not all the levels/set pieces work well (especially in the first hour with the antlions and monster hide 'n peek), the mod eventually picks up the pace and offers a pretty solid 5-6 hour long action romp. The first Entropy Zero isn't required since 2 is (mostly) self-contained.
