Well , i'm considering buying an Ati AIW X800 , but i'm not sure which version to buy , XT or XL ? XT=AGP & XL=PCI Express , i need an ATi all in wonder card that will stay with me for the next 3 years or so and that will cost at most $350 , so please share with me your thoughts on best AIW card that carries 256MBs or more of video on board and on which port to buy it on....many thanks.
The choice between AGP and PCI-E is usually determined by the slot on your motherboard. But i would go for PCI-E anyway, even if it means buying a new motherboard. AGP nears its extinction.
