Hi,
does anyone knows good server/client or messaging app, that can send popups or notifications to users or user groups via network/lan/domain?
Something simple like msg.exe, but with UI. XAMPP server would be overkill.

If you're using WinNT based OS, and you have to do it for a company just use PS. It can be done even if Psremoting is disabled on the client machines.
