As the title says, which brand(s) offer keyboards with changeable key illumination *and* with software which can switch it depending on language selection? Or maybe it's possible with a 3rd party tool?

Wat.

Most keyboards nowadays allow to change key lighting - some even for each key separately (Ducky Shine <3)

But i doubt any software for any brand allows to change lighting when changing language.
Should be possible with something like AutoHotKey though.
