For Origins only? Well there's some late game characters that are given a bit of screen time but that's a bit of a thing with the game giving a lot of characters a little time each.
Even Cleopatra is mostly out of the way aside from a few missions where she's mostly just being a bitch.
EDIT: He doesn't have a name but fat-boy in purple armor wielding a war fan is certainly memorable, captain of the three-star forts mostly and a real pain to deal with even compared to the other guards and those wolf-headed Roman special forces dudes and they fucking suck so that's saying something when Spartan super-soldier boy here gets in on the action.
(Oh I'm sorry, I'm immune to back stab extra damage.)

Well she IS a Brit in this game j/k no offense to Brits. The accents were all over the place in this game, sometimes you had completely different accents in the same family with some SQs.
Bayek, Aya, Ceaser,Cleopatra are the most memorable ofc. Then we have the Sidequest guy aka Mr. Mouse and Reda.
And about the other Characters, the names are hard to remember since they are mostly latin, egypt and greek names which after a while all sound the same
I still like the Story and sidequests since it doesnt evolve around aliens and artefacts the whole time. The Eden shit is kinda mandatory in this one.
And about the Ezio Series, the only other name i can remember from is Davinci and thats it.

I haven't played Oranges yet, but yea i bet Cleo should be one memorable character.
At least judging by the trailers, and seeing how Ubilol probably is pushing a big character like that.

I am sure Cleopatra is the best sexobject up to date but we cant pleasure her ass cause NO CRACK How is that even possible what the fuck are the chipseating basementbears doing? Cant they just cooperate with the chinese and russians for once and fuck the copy protection together like real men? Only a combined effort can bring down the fucking copyprotection. New years resolution has to be to fuck the crack as fast as possible!

They aren't really pushing any characters, most of the big characters barely get any screen time sadly. The main character should've been Aya IMO, the bits I saw of her make her seem much more interesting than Bayek.
She's annoying as hell, the game kinda ends with her and that was such a big mistake. Bayek is a surprisingly cool character, he's likable despite having nothing special.
But about what you said, yes, the game is not really pushing any characters. Don't expect any emotional ties like in serious RPGs. Most of the characters are quite forgettable and the ones that people expected to be great have way too little screen time anyway.
Agree, also at first i thought the Bayek guy doesnt really work but when you know his intentions he is a really good character to play with. Never had a moment were i was like "meh".
How are these memorable? You barely see these characters in the game. In what way do you think they were memorable?
I hope for the next game, they drop the modern day bullshit (they ruined it and it was a joke in this game anyway) and they hire some proper story writers and tellers.

+1
cant even remember any cinematics. This game is even less about story, its about the "open world" nothing more.
AssOranges in January:
- A level cap increase from 40 to 45
- A new quest to celebrate the arrival of the first expansion, The Hidden Ones
- Update to the Heka chests item pool, which adds the items from the Nightmare and First Civilization packs, as well as the Gladiator and Wacky packs to the pool
- A new option to sell outfits at weaver shops
- Expansion: "The Hidden Ones"
- Three packs: Almighty Pack, For Honor Pack, Warden’s Oath Outfit (You can obtain this outfit for 40 Uplay Units)
- Two weapons: Harlequin and Chop-Chop
- All players will be able to get the previously exclusive weapons in the Community Creation Contest as a Ubisoft Club Reward.

You mean running around in the real world?
I thought they canned that in Unity already.

In Origins you have it like 2 or 3 times and you dont really have to do much, its over in like 2-3 mins in a small area. Its actually only there to make a connection to previous games with a bit of chatter.
This Video sums up what Origins is and what to expect.

You still do that here, though it's very limited and utterly useless. You also have some non sensical ancient pilars you can activate. They just try so hard to connect this to the previous games, it's funny. It's awesome how they tried to connect Bayek to the assassins and their creed at the last minute
When you go for the timeframe, Bayek and Aya actually are the first Assassins ever. It woudnt make sense to make them Assassins right from the start.
And no,they dont call themselfs Assassins, they are the hidden ones. And because oif that you probably have those reallife occurences in the beginning, the middle and the end of the game to let you know that its an Assassins Creed game, there is nothing bad about it IMHO.
I disagree with you, and it all starts when you get the hidden blade, a supposed tool from the ancients. That's the first part that doesn't make sense. Was it made in the stone age?
To me, Bayek suddenly speaking about a creed and brotherhood also made absolutely no sense at all, he was a guy on a revenge mission. Now if Aya uttered those words, I'd be fine with it, Bayek simply doesn't give a shit about that. How does he suddenly come to the conclusion he's part of a creed/brotherhood/hidden ones etc.? Where's the build up to that? Think of the main villain for example. I had to look up who the hell he was, it seemed completely random. Where's the build up for that? I can make a list of things like that.
I actually liked the idea of the story, it's a tragic love story if you think about it, but the execution is very very poor.
There's actually a thread on the Ubisoft forum discussing the story and the messages from those pillars. One guy in the thread said it perfectly, "Ubisoft doesn't care about continuity and lore anymore, you shouldn't either".
Hmm,for meit makes sense (tho i havent read all ofthe stuffon the pillars and scrolls which are kinda many). Ancients are the First Civilization which remnants are scattered around the world like in every AC.
And about the Brotherhood thing, this became the plot point after you killed everyone from the circle which was your mainobjective. Thats how i recall it. Cant remember that they (Bayek/Aya) ever mentioned this explicit wording except at the end of the game (and even then i think it was just "The hidden ones").
