Kar 98 is great, M16 is also good because of the predictable recoil pattern (too bad 4x doesn't work with it anymore).

Pax regarding ak47, do you set it to 100m? because afaik the standard distance (meaning if you are the first to pick it up) is always 300m, which would result in the bullet flying above your enemies head if they are too close.

Tried the test server, same old shit, get the drop on someone, hit them like 6 fucking times, they go behind cover and begin a stalemate for 5 mins.
I wish they had implemented a proper hardcore mode, gameplay is utter fuckig shite.

They are not MMOs and Battlegrounds is hardly a survival game. Both games set a trend and for that reason the hype around them was/is justified.

We just played 4 rounds on the Test Server, and THIS is what the game should feel like! Much better hit recognition, less lag, better FPS and a really interesting map. Even though there isn't much grass you have enough debris and similar shit laying around to distract snipers. We didn't win, but had a lot of fun!

Survival more refers to the games where you have to survive elements, keep yourself fed etc etc. Long Dark, Ark etc. |

Just *how* old is the PTE environment?
(Seeing how the issue first appeared there when the new version came online a short while ago.)
Well it's a excuse and I guess it'll work whatever the real reason was.
And yeah they could have kept it as a option but everybody is offended by everything these days so short term it brought attention to the game and now they're fixing it citing outsourced assets and gaining some goodwill in the process.
