The combo with PS VR + PS Camera (with two Motion Controllers) is awesome.
The VR Playroom and VR Worlds are super fine pieces of software.
Sony is really good with this.
I also tried GT Sport (underwhealmed by it's VR).
Tekken VR is flatout bullcrap.
Most demos I'm fine with, but there is one VR Worlds "game" called Scavengers Odyssey, which has extremely good VR implementation (you can see your own body, legs, torso, etc...), but produces extreme motion sickness with me.
Same with GT Sport when it doesn't run as expected (drifts, crashes, etc.), it gives me motion sickness like I never understood other people and I was kind of making fun of.
Now I know that feel.

It is what it is. I had oculus dk1, dk2 and final version with touch controllers and while it was incredibly amazing (especially hands controls in-game with games like Robo Recall or H3), I did got motion sick in most games requiring motion.
That's why every game have teleporting movement. It still can be fun with games like rec room, arizona shitshine or Robo Recall.
But yeah, motion sickness is normal and pretty much unavoidable for many. Almost everyone gets it more or less. My father is a monster, no game makes him sick but even he felt a bit sick in some flying sim. I was really sad to be unable to play fantastic mod for Doom3 on oculus. Full motion controls, walking, great vr implementation with floating hud, laser pointer on weapons, flashlight in left hand... all for nothing since I feel ill after 10 minutes.
Standing fps games with teleporting are fine. Google earth VR also made me sick if I was flying fast at weird angle.
Maybe if the lenses get better it will solve the issue or help a bit. Same with resolution.
For now - Try to have fun with the thing, do breaks and it will be better next week.

Just keep playing from time to time and you will get used to motion sickness, I know I did (it was hard though !).
But.......... being used to motion sickness means that you are used to VR, and thus lose the "wow effect".. Now it's almost as if I play in 2D a Kinect game... I don't feel as immersed as before but at least no motion sickness...

Possibly only to a point though if someone gets it really bad.
