So? Can't a studio work on multiple projects with different teams? If they got the money to add different teams, good for them. Pumping up people into PUBG won't do any good to the game anyway, it will just slow down the project even more. Just take a look at Star Citizen.

I believe in setting priorities. The first game is nowhere near to be finished, it has issues and all and they have already announced their next game? This doesn't feel right to me.
Perhaps, had they focused entirely on PUB then it could have been finished months ago.
