Well, technically you don't have to live good ideals to promote them, but it does make me question her ideas on dietary matters just a skinny bit.

There is a diffence between, let's say, for the sake of arguement, Charlie Sheen (pre HIV-+ diagnosis) a guy who would promote safe sex, and a sitting minister that is the textbook example of unheatlhiness.
When you hold office, you have to be the thing you promote.
A former Goldman-Sachs executive now promoting a renewal of Glass-Steagall Act, while he got rich under the 3 last administrations, hardly doesn't put his credibility on the line.
Like Nalo said "do as I say, not do as I do".
Our gov is corrupt to the bone, but this is achieving PHYSICAL corruption, this is fucking NEXT LEVEL!
She's in charge of what kids eats in some schools.

That's what I said. I'm not endorsing her behavior or position at all.
Technically, that is to say it's not impossible, that you could be Jabba the hutt (good attempt so far  ) and manage to soundly demonstrate, based on scientific evidence what healthy is and what must be done to achieve it and improve the health of a country. Not following your own advice just makes it a quite a bit harder to convince others I'd say.
But what does she actually stand for when it comes to dietary issues, e.g. on ideal weight, or sugar intake? I am curious now.
I would guess the same as you, but that doesn't make it so, now does it?

I'm Maggy, and of course, I stand for the healthy diet. I stand for the political mouthpiece, I stand for it fingers and nails. Some say I stand there like a block.
5 fruits and 5 vegetables a day.

But I care about keeping that fat. My fat is kept by me eating and not moving too much.
My only concerns are to stay in power, and getting richer, day by day.
My only concern is to make sure that happens, every day.
And for that, I have very powerful tools. Lobbies and laws.
I love the lobbies, lobbies keep me fat (see: my concerns) and rich (see: my concerns).
I'm good at what I do, and I do it like this: I make deals with the biggest pharmas to make sure required drugs for hospital and so forth are available more readily. Of course, that would mean that the generic, cheaper alternatives are thrown down the toilet, but fuck them, they don't make me fat and rich.
Second, dipping in all the pies. I used to do that for pleasure, now it's for pleasure, money and power. I almost criminalize anti-tobacco alternatives as unsafe and unproven. Worst than tobacco itself, even.
Then, the tobacco industry call Philip Morris, the actual firm that pays for the anti-tobacco center in Belgium, gets to continue making unadequate anti-smoking ads, and flimsy studies.
Don't quit smoking if you're not man enough to do it, because the alternative, beyond quitting wholesale, will kill you.
But I don't care. You are stupid, you will find late enough.
In the meanwhile, I have one objective, staying relevant.
Staying relevant means I stay fat, and rich.
And you think these are my crimes. But like a whole fried chicken might look like a whole meal to you, this is just what I call a starter.

She looks a bit slimmer than when she was first appointed though.
That being said I rather speak about their policies/standpoints than how they look. Otherwise you might just go right away for an idols version of politics and end up with a Trump.

Dude... who cares if she's fat as long as she's competent ? Is she actually corrupt in any way besides accepting the current system ? Did she make children school meals ( you mentioned that point ) be provided by Burger King or something ? 
Sure, as mentioned before, her being obese doesn't look good in terms of image - a fat person in charge of Health will trigger some people
I mean, she might be fat because she simply eats too much, or because of a genetic condition she can't help, whatever..
There are remarkable surgeons who smoke cigarettes.. are they less qualified as health personnel because they have unhealthy habits ?
Hope the green lady will make you a little more  ! So much disgust with everything boiling in there

It's a very good website, but everything is in Dutch, though.
There's a movie coming out next year from Stijn Coninx, about the investigation from the 80's until 2010, based on the book of one of the victims (whose parents and sister were killed in front of him).
But the things that have happened lately won't be in the movie. Like the box with weapons found in the river, after 30 years and despite several searches by the police over the decades, or the journalist who found a notebook with phone numbers in the caravan of the only known member of the gang, after 30 years and several police investigations.
