Or by lending me a "common" account to DL the game?

Thank You! Smile

I agree, hence the "very unreliable" part.

Amazing, there's accounts for £1.40 and people still ask for them for free from people who bought the game or bought one of these sharing accounts themselves.

Of course Smile They've risen a bit now that the method has gotten popular though :/
http://plati.ru/search/assassins%20creed%20origins

Some of them have a discount code though so you can drop the price a little.

Got one Account where the seller had the Season Pass too and I have been playing offline (so you can start your own game) for about 10 hours now without ANY issues.

You can just share the Ubi Account instead. The one I play on has 400 other users on it, works fine.

I have half a mind "selling" my uplay account on that side and make a lot of money with it lol.

If you get a dollar for each sale and you sell like 500...

Sounds too good to be true lol.

@Sin317 Seems quite worth it, could probably make half of your money back. Has it's disadvantages though, using the account normally might not work as well, because it apparently kicks out users once someone else logs in (haven't had it happen yet though)

Any idea how to move a save game between accounts? I had to get new details but I failed to move the save over, even when moving the .save files around

They're probably bound to the other account because of the username. Not sure how to carry them over either.

Sorry for asking this again, but using this method, can you play completely offline with locally stored saves? So can you just log in to the account, download the game, log out and start playing?

I think you can "active" the game with tickets and then just stay offline.. but eventually it will ask to active the game again.. mainly after some drivers update or something.

It opens up after you get out of the first zone. Just follow the main quests along, pyramids are for the third target.

The way the world is open, you can just walk up to the pyramids too, but you won't have fun there if you are not the appropriate level for the zone. I mean you could sneak through, and raiding the tombs is possible since there are no enemies in most of the tombs, but still... it's structured well if you just follow the main quest line and do some of the sidequests and stuff when you get through the different cities.

Game is still great men, I have 39 hours played now, level 35, visited about half the map. But I do most of the side quests and do some exploration and stuff too, I think this is the Assassins Creed I have most enjoyed ever. It's definately far from the usual formula of city-roaming until your head blows off, it's way more similiar to Black Flag the way you roam around nature and visit lots of smaller cities and settlements.

It's more of an adventure game now, combat is varied and fun, different enemies and weapons need different tactics, unlocking more skills gives you more variety to beat them. Sure it's no Dark Souls and you still rarely die, but it's a lot better than in previous games.

I'm starting to feel a bit fatigued of clearing fortresses and carrying things around, but the moment-to-moment gameplay is still very enjoyable. And finally being able to take on most of those head-hunters feels good after having to hide from them for the first half of the game and them completely messing up such nice assassination missions I had going.

Yeah, Plati is a good place to buy accounts. Smile You usually buy an account, download/activate and play the game offline. Going online will cut you off (as it'll ask for new password and you won't be able to play anymore).

The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.

You just login, go offline and you can make up to 3 fresh saves without using someone else's save or getting your own deleted.

Of course you need to be in that account you bought, even for offline play. If you mean that you want to play without Uplay, that's entirely NOT possible.

However, for that We need someone to make UBIplay emu and rins forums are offline atm.

Thanks, I tried it, and it worked, more or less. However, about 200MB before the entire game was downloaded, I got kicked out of the account and it's now suspended. Laughing Mad

@Il_Padrino Could get the files and let them verify, so you don't need to wait and let someone kick you.

@Paeter The account I play on got sold to 400 other people, not sure what you're trying to ask or tell me there Confused

Just FYI, there definitely is some activation limit - I had to wait for a few hours before I could activate the game using the shared account.

The error itself can be found in the launcher_log (default path C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\logs)

E.g.
Code:
[ 3052]  2017-10-31 14:06:21      [ 3240]      ERROR      OwnershipGetGameToken.cpp (141)                 Get activation token server error: ExceededActivations.

I hope someone here can help me.

I am enjoying the game very much, playing on my own pace, just really taking it in.
Today i came home, and logged in and saw i'm suddenly lvl 40...

My nice little nephew decided to download a trainer and used some kind of xp gain.

So, now i'm sitting here, not really wanting to continue cause, well I outlevel everything, which sucks.

So i'm looking for someone who is/was around my level and area.

Spoiler tags added but a headsup i was lvl 23 and was in the area with the pyramids.
