They put AMD FX cpus as minimum and recommended while suggesting i7's as intel's minimum
it's a AMD featured game so they're clearly having a laugh with the intel recommended specs
any i5 will probably do fine

Hm..I am hoping the won't confirm the 'D' for last minute..
I know, I know it doesn't really matter at this point, but if they have it, they better be honest about it already and won't update Steam last minute..
I am guessing they are still on consideration?

Ppl are streaming already. Looks ok. Ofc the ai is nothing again. And knifes to the shoe are instant kills. Other than that doesn't look bad.
Hope you can make the viewmodel smaller of the guns. Can't see shit captain with two huge guns and bullet fire between.

Typical Polygon.
"I think Call of Duty resonates because it's believable and relatable," Sledgehammer Games cofounder Michael Condrey says.
Believable and relatable...Yep, sounds like Call of Duty

It's a direct continuation from the end of the New Order.

So apparently some site (dunno which) already broke the review embargo and reviewed it. Dunno about score but apparently "Texture pop-in issue present"

Compared to some other recent "AAA" games, and considering it's an idTech game, that size seems pretty tame.

idTech6 uses a different MegaTexture format so while a lot of data is still texture assets it's not as drastic as with Tech5 and for DOOM well it's about 80 ish GB now but without the MP DLC that size is cut down quite a bit too although the SP component isn't that lengthy.
No idea how long Wolfenstein will be and how much of it will be cutscenes though, for effects such as DOF and most every cutscene in New Order and Old Blood used pre-rendered cinematics as far as I remember it so it might be the same here thus further increasing file size for that type of data.
With that said Titanfall 2 can be finished in around 6 - 8 hours by a fairly average player and was still considered an excellent SP game though it also had a MP mode to keep players busy, Wolfenstein I believe is confirmed to once again the SP only.
EDIT: And I doubt they'd need to do a separate update for the Steam version, newest data should already be part of the preload and can be pushed as updates even before the game has been released and without a lengthy cert period further patches can be pushed as soon as they are ready, though Machine Games didn't update the previous two games much as I remember.
(But the issue was mostly with AMD sucking arse in OpenGL so not too much on their end though I don't remember if there were other issues too.)

They say it's about a 5h game on hardest difficulty. Pretty short when cutscenes are 90% again of the content. Pretty shit for a 60euro FPS with 0 replay value.

Well it's a action adventure fps so a bit more focus on story is kinda to be expected.

We'll see it's almost downloaded. Guy I spoke to said it was around 5h without rushing like a madman which seems very dissapointing.

Graphics settings and 4K screenshots on my website: www.pcmrace.com/2017/10/25/epic-shots-wolfenstein-ii-the-new-colossus/
I disabled Motion Blur, CA, DOF and Filmgrain, but images are still a bit blurry.
