More importantly though, i wonder if it supports HDR on pc. Consoles will have it apparently. First ass creed game im interested in a’since the first.. loving the setting, also combat seems improved.
Bleh HDR patch in november.. i mean really? Guess HDR tv users can thank ubi for letting them buy the game cheaper.

I have an HDR tv which i use as my pc /ps4 display. Only thing that looks washed out is the win10 desktop, HDR games and movies look amazing.
HDR is better than going from 1080p to 4k, the wide color gamut allowing for 1b colors instead of 16mil + dark/really bright objects next to eachother while having all the detail visible in both dark and bright areas is crazy good. You only have to see it in person on a mid/highend tv ( ks7000+, lg oleds, sony oled) properly calibrated running HDR content then you’ll never want to go back to sdr, which will look flat and washed out in comparison.
Main PC : I7 12700, MSI Ventus RTX 4090 24gb, Alienware AW3423DW QD-OLED
Laptop : I5 4200H @ 3400mhz boost, GTX 850m 2gb Vram DDR3, 4gb RAM DDR3
Derpsole : Playstation 5 disc edition, Ninty Switcherino
TV+audio: LG CX 65" / Sonos ARC + SL ones + Sonos sub 3
VR Headset: Meta quest 2 airlinked

Sounds lovely. any 4k tv brand/model you recommend with HDR? I might buy a 4k tv in a month or two.
Samsungs ks series from last year (eu - ks7000/7500/8500/9000/9500; us starts from ks8000 and up)
Weaker , this years mu series. Qled line also had issues with not reaching full advertised 1500 nits. Instead capping at 750 nits so ks was better ( not sure if fixed yet or unfixable flaw, stopped checking after i got mine)
Lg’s oleds from 2017 ( if you also want 120hz goodness) and less image retention / chance of burnin. If not check the cheaper 2016 oleds from lg’s lineup.
From Sony oled A1E i think it was called?
Check rtings.com for reviews to decide depending on budget / size / availability in stores + what you’re more interested in.
