The space one is pretty bland but it was something new I suppose to have these smaller space battles in-between actual missions where you earn the unlockable equipment.
(Remastered Modern Warfare was a fun little romp too seeing the updated visuals, heard MP went to hell though after they "modernized" it a bit following a update a bit after it had been released.)
Black Ops 3 was entertaining (But ran like arse. ) though trying to follow whatever the hell was going on basically involves reading up some summary on a forum thread or reddit summary of what actually happened so yeah.
Ghosts? That was the dog one wasn't it? And then Infinite Warfare started on the futuristic path. (My wank arm! Noo!!! Oh look I got a replacement from the shady PMC group, nothing could possibly go wrong with that.)
(Far as I remember as you get dragged away - and the arm is left behind because fuck it. - your character is just completely silent, feels a bit like the Monthy Python scene with the black knight and it just being a flesh wound.)
EDIT: World at War was a interesting take on things too, set things up for Black Ops trying for something more mature but it didn't quite work out, had gore though.
Which reminds me of that one sequence in Modern Warfare when the bullet is supposed to be affected by wind so it hits the arm of that guy, thus you reload and align the shot a bit and straight into the head instead. (Still counts as hitting in the arm though.)
(Remake does allow you to shoot a different guy in a vehicle a ways to the side however.)
I think Black Ops 2 tried that too but it's way too obvious it'll mess with things if you follow orders but you can't deviate too much or the mission will just fail too so it has to be a leg injury.
(Most of the branching choices ultimately didn't matter too much but some affected the overall outcome a bit.)
Personally I think the MW1 and BO1 campaigns are the best. MW1 probably takes the cake, but i'm a sucker for anything cold war related, especially in latin america. I mean, latin america, and the cold war, can it get anymore sexy?
First I was surprised, when he said that basically all games are hosted on dedicated servers...
and then he mentioned 20hz tickrate lol.
Also notice the packet loss warning always on. For me, it was almost always there, sometimes red and sometimes with other warnings...
Edit: ok so they do use 60hz now.
I think there is also a limit to the dedicated server capacity. As soon as the capacity is reached or them not being available or other connection issues, matches will be peer2peer.
My god.
Lootcrates are the new cancer after the introduction of Season Passes.
fuck... well I am only in for singleplayer as always, so it should be free of cancer

Oh yes, publishers are always looking for the next moneyleech. First it was ingame currency, then it was micro DLC, then season passes and now loot boxes. What's next, equipment licensing - buy licenses to use ingame things?

Good thing about loot crates/cosmetic items is, that if you get lucky, some retard will buy your shit for thousand of dollars (PUBG preorder clothes good example, they go for like 2000 euros at the moment, which is fucking insane).
"For instance, the system may match a more expert/marquee player with a junior player to encourage the junior player to make game-related purchases of items possessed/used by the marquee player. A junior player may wish to emulate the marquee player by obtaining weapons or other items used by the marquee player."
"I think Call of Duty resonates because it's believable and relatable," Sledgehammer Games cofounder Michael Condrey says.
Believable and relatable...Yep, sounds like Call of Duty
It will be the same style of hollywood action like previous COD games - just with nazis and americans.
That sounds great!
I love me some action hollywood explosions cod. 5 hours once in a year. It's great. If they were selling sp separately for 20 or 30, I would probably get it every year. Those games are so fucking stupid they are great. Except blops3. fuck that terrible game... and ghosts...

Why can't we have Aussies, or I dunno.. anyone but the US fucking A? And even us Brits.. we've had our time, we should make way for the other important countries in the war.
