My nobrand (ISY) ear buds are breaking after ~2 years and I want to get new ones, maybe similar to the Samsung Gear Icon X / Bragi Dash -> Does anyone have any experience with them?

I've read few reviews and they are generally quite bad.

Either the blue tooth connection is bad, or the battery life is horrible. Can someone verify the claims and maybe write some of their own thoughts?

(I'm looking for the fully wireless earbuds. Somehow the wire breaks always for me, even for the kind of wireless, where the ear pieces are connected with wire, but there's no wire going to the phone)

Jaybird X3

Has a companion app that allows you to change the equalizer in the earbuds and setup different profiles for different music. I liked mine and my co-workers like theirs.

Err, all good and so, but I'm looking for fully wireless ones (not even a connecting wire between the buds).
I 'somehow' manage to break the wires... always. No idea how.

Jup, something like those I'm looking for.

So far the reviews have been just quite bad.

For bose I found only an artical about the general specs, but no use details (I guess they're not out yet)
https://www.gizmodo.com.au/2017/09/boses-soundsport-free-could-be-the-best-wireless-earbuds-yet/

ie. for the Bragi Dash I've read that they lose connection to the phone sometimes if your phone is in tour pocket, and same for Samsung (while some users don't have this problem). I would quite likely have this issue as I block usually all signals Razz even when I have the phone attached on my arm and move my arm behind my back.

That's because Bose is 100% marketing like Beats. They have a bad reputation among the audio community for a reason.

Any store that sells their products signs a contract that they won't put their products on sale because it detracts from the premium price that people see and think high price = good product.

Fuck Smile

My old one just burst in flames as I was wearing them. (not really 'burst' but got burning hot suddenly)

They stopped working totally yesterday (clicking sound when music was playing), I now tweaked the cable a bit to see if it could be just a broken cable and I could get few more days out of them -> great, started working, no clicking. I listened to music for ~1 minute and suddenly felt burning on my neck (controller piece rests against neck/shoulder), I touched it and it was burning hot.

Guess I'll go earbud shopping today :I

Have to see what local Saturn has (they do have a lot, but not that many wireless ones)

Found the Samsung icon x ear buds. They're quite awesome. I'm only a bit worried about the battery life. I'll need at least 3-4h battery life to use them efficiently. But I'll see tomorrow.

Update:

well.... the battery life sucks.

I think it's ~2h when streaming music (would have known this had I dug a bit deeper).
It's still enough for the gym as long as I don't listen to music on the way to the gym.
Or if I move the music into the earbuds directly. few h more music when playing them offline.

I think I should have waited for the next version (anytime now), as they have 4-5h streaming capability + other crap.
