Had an early release on Netflix Japan was the reason I was given for it. |

yeah when i watched it i saw it was a netflix release, so it very quickly made sense it was released 'somewhere' online.
wasnt a bad film actually... i think netflix could be quite the force in movies if they keep this up.
which bodes well for us and early releases

3D BluRay is expected on September 26th, so WebDL should be a couple weeks before

what i dont get, is given that these movies are such high profile films, why do we never see proper imax releases of them? its always some obscure group that does it, and the only ones i ever find are undersized and dont look that good...

Assuming you are talking about the Marvel films, that feature some scenes in the larger aspect ratio only in the 3D version, I would guess it's because people don't care that much about 3D releases.
