In preparation for future RPCS3 compatibility updates I have acquired the Uncharted series recently from the depths of the net, they are easy finds, there are scene releases. And they usually contain folders that correspond to their IDs like ... BCUS12345, which you can put nicely inside RPCS3.
And for PSN games there are scene releases named like this: Mars.War.Logs.PSN.PS3-PSFR33, so they should be easy to find as well.
Even patches for the games can be found with some wild googling for the ID and .pkg, most links even go directly to the sony online content network links and you just install them in RPCS3 and it already uses them when you load up your game. DLCs too probably, haven't got into that yet.
Which are best RPGs on PS3 anyway? that are playable on emu
A lot of games, way too many to mention, i don't see a lot of them in the playable section on RPCS3 though and they also seem use the term playable very loosely for example i tried some Disgaea games which are in the playable section recently on the new 3.0 alpha and they all run around 10-20 fps with some GfX bugs in Vulkan and crashes.

Lower fps are fine for me, as long it's turn based, but these crashes are not, so i will wait a little more, thanks for checking

Looked into the Disgaea games a bit more this weekend and turns out there is patch file for them which makes them very playable: https://www.patreon.com/posts/march-progress-8627774
some areas are still 30-40 fps but it's not very noticeable the sound always plays normaly, only tested D2 and Disgaea 4 since i really hate 3
They dont! All these videos made on overclocked hardware! Every new shitty emu tries to pretend it runs games fine when in reality they record it on some 5000$ Extreme CPU at 6GHz!
BTW, How people are managing to run Zelda:BoTW on full speed?
I have 4670k and 970 and the game freeeze for time to time and stuck on 20 FPS on most of the time
Make sure you have GPUFence active.
This that CPU should run the game at 30 fps most of the time with a good OC, get Cemu 1.9b Cracked by Ali213 from /r/CemuPiracy/ and the newest Cemuhook to be safe.

Well you definitely need a OC k I5/I7 that's true but those are a few hundred bucks last i checked and even on the best CPUs there are still areas with FPS drops from time to time that's just how it is atm, just wait for the emulator to get more mature i guess or just play on the console if it bothers you that much.
Btw i just tried Catherine again in Rpcs3 and just like Okami HD it runs pretty much perfectly now even on very moderate Hardware like my Notebook.
My config:
Vulkan, 2 Vertex Upload Threads and Vertex Upload Threshold: 1024 (set those 2 in config.yml), Strict Rendering mode to fix the missing Letters, 1 preferred SPU thread.
So everyone who has not played it should really give it a go it's a great game, especially if you like Seinen and Puzzle Games.
I have no doubt Persona 5 will soon run perfectly as well the emulator is real magic.

E LDR: SELF: Can't find RAP file for NPDRM decryption!
how do i generate a RAP file?
im usin a pkg for super stardust hd.
to decrypt a legit PSN EBOOT (game executable), you need the npdrm keys (google) for which version the game is encrypted + the game klicensee (a 16 bytes key which is different for every PSN game)...
The RAP is just a derivation of the klicensee, most decrypt tools will accept one or another... I have no idea how the PS3 emulator works though and if it relies on a decrypted EBOOT?

As Keit said, enable GPUFenceSkip for botw. Google for it, you have to edit a .ini file.
Also grab a shadercache for your game version from reddit.com/r/CEMUcaches/. The first time you encounter a new shader you gpu will compile and cache it for you, that's why you get all this stuttering and freezing. If you go through an area again and the stuttering is gone, that's when you know you need one of those shader caches. Just grab one for every game you are playing, usually the us/eu ones can also be used interchangably, just be sure to name the file correctly.
CEMU Hook allows you to just tick GPU Fence Skip as a option from the CEMU settings drop-down menu, though it's a pretty rough hack so the game will see some skipping and other (smaller?) glitches though I think most stability issues have been resolved.
But it is one of the only ways to force the game to run at near 30 FPS constantly unless you have a exceptionally good CPU.
EDIT: The graphics packs have also improved and I think that far as glitches go only the bloom effect remains with some in-game issues, CEMU Hook also helps with this since newer versions allows for more in-depth patches via memory editing, even contains a crash workaround by default.
(And support for improved ultra-wide aspect ratio compatibility.)
It should be mostly CPU bound so no issues with a higher-end CPU there plus I don't think CEMU can take advantage of more than 2 cores due to the WiiU itself though it might be able to offload a bit to other cores, I know it can detect and see more but how well it's utilized is probably a hardware restriction for the machine they're emulating and might not be easy to work around without a lot of work.
(IE a higher clocked i5 might be able to keep up with the i7 CPU's and HT probably doesn't bring any major gains either far as I remember reading at least.)
Some areas might still see a frame drop though but in general 1.9.0 and the upcoming 1.9.1 seem to be doing well with BOTW though some other games have outstanding compatibility or performance issues and 1.9.1 seem to return to fixing some things to BOTW again with Wind Waker HD also getting some tuning.
Shader generation is a thing too unless you use a compatible nearly complete dump to begin with as it has some small stutters whenever a new shader needs to be generated and cached, game has like 9000 of them so even a full run through the entire game might not see the user catch all specific conditions for them but a near complete dump is a pretty good option even so although initial load will be a little bit slow as the shader is initialized.
(Major updates might see some shaders break or change as well such as the 1.3.0 update adding the initial DLC for the game and some optional difficulty mode and now 1.3.1 with some bug fixes and stopping a few exploits.)
That's an old video in opengl which runs like crap this one is with vulkan:
I don't see the build on the downloads page but you can always compile it yourself or grab the newest compiled build from http://www.emucr.com/search/label/rpcs3
