Unchecked "Use CBR" and didn't touched anything else from the above screens. Well yes, Twitch EU Paris for something..

For a moment OW in the game went way below 60FPS (yet the game's FPS Counter said 90FPS) then recovered a bit, but the Twitch stream was shitty

Dunno what else...
