Everything to lowest setting, except for textures to high + visible range max. This is the best you can get with vanilla settings and without hacking away the bump maps and other shady shit.
To be honest I didn't watch the video whole and I thought you jumped out of the car at the end (which you should have). You can't hipfire from the care, but as a passenger you shouldn't have the long range scope equipped. It's an impediment for car shooting and if you are forced to stop the car for a fight, it will most likely be CQC so it's better to be ready for that. For a long range fight you have the time to change scopes.

Duo ain't solo! You have to stick together, pin down enemies, knock one out and then murder his teammate! In solo you can't be revived but in duo you can. Stay together, shoot the same target!
