Not sure why LiS needs a prequel. A proper sequel with a new cast is still coming, right?

Yup, the proper sequel made by Dontnod is in the works (the release date is uncertain though since they're busy with Vampyr at the moment Razz)

This one is handled by a different studio (3 episodes in total):

Before the Storm is being made by Deck Nine Games, the Denver-area developer that was founded in 1997 as Idol Minds.

Boy, 20 years of existence, and they've released absolutely nothing of worth. Their credits to date include...

 Spoiler:

How do studios like that exist for so long while all the while producing garbage? The finance of game development escapes me.

Really don't care about a prequel leading up to the events we've already known about.

I still haven't played the main game of it yet.
So by the time this gets out, i could first play prequel first.

Though from what i read, this prequel is about a character that is annoying as shit anyways?

Well I don't really think any of the characters as annoying, and I can't really explain more without spoilers since you have the intention of playing the game. But I don't think it would hurt to just play the sequel before the prequel. I just think by the time you've learn of what you know in the sequel, I don't see the appeal of a prequel.

Fucking opinions, i think she's cool and her reactions depend a lot on your choices anyway.
Just play the game and build your own opinion.

Thanks boys.

Then i will play the main game first. Or if this prequel is out by then, i will look at some reviews to see if it's even worth it to play.

If it's not by dontnod, I don't know if I really need it. It feels more like a shit cash in title the like you'd see from how telltale mass produce these kinds of games these days. It was dontnod spending so much time and effort on the title that made it so great..

That said, I do find myself with a lump in my throat right now.. That beautiful lesbian, taken before her time... Sad I hate that I'll probably buy this based purely on my experiences with the first one...ugh.

Is the first game similar to the video?

I mean, the faces look more tired than in Mass Effect Andromeda with some bad lip synching.
And also the main characters voice actings seems subpar - like she is trying so hard to show emotions.

Good. She's just as retarded as her brother. And this franchise.

Meh. Will wait for all episodes. Probably after 20-30 weeks. Laughing

The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.
