hmm,i think the game is kinda meh on the first look. played for 2h and am glad that i didn´t cough up any money for it. was hyped as fuck beforehand tho, weird

Just watched the ending on youtube to save me some time. Ending Spoilers.
 Spoiler: | Heihachi gets thrown into the lava pit but you can't see him get drowned etc, so he'll most likely come back in T8 in a "Oh nonono, i just grabbed onto a ledge to troll you all guys and girls again, FUCK YOU!!!..And seeing how Jin and Kazuya whoever are now devils , or not 1 of 'em, and need to end this shit out, there's the reason for the sequel |

Thaaat's why i play story line more than online, to prevent rages and etc (Hell, BLAZBLUE's (1st one) platinum trophy was my 1st fighting game's platinum and the online ... UUUUUUGH...Never again...Even less with the whole "Complete all challenges" due to memorization/input issues)

What's so funny about it? If you didn't know mouse especially with a shitload (although it' not necessary) of buttons can work really well with WASD in any game.
And I've been playing games for more than 20+ years (including pre-1990 games) so I know about gaming thank you very much. And I know about stupidity of game studios that refuse to acknowledge proper PC controls.  I don't care if it's a Japanese fighting. Any game released on my beloved PC must have proper PC controls.  At the very least mouse must be active, not completely(!) disabled.

You can. But not "perfectly well". Not by a long shot.
My "muscle memory" is already built around left hand on WASD+additional keys and right hand on my mouse. Playing with my two hands on a keyboard is extremely uncomfortable for me.
Any PC software MUST support KB and mouse.
I suppose I could use autohotkey and bind keyboard buttons to mouse but fuck this.. Not gonna bother if devs don't respect PC traditions and values.

I can't get over just HOW many MOVES there are for each character! I mean, Tekken has always had an impressive move list, but FUCK ME if I didn't nearly cry when I saw how many moves King has these days. I mean, sure, all the old favourites I remember are still there... but now they chain into so many other moves, I need an eidetic memory to keep that all in! (I don't have one...).
And then there are the animation counting moves, the counterattacks, the ability to understand move timings... it's more like bloody science than just kicking someone in the head repeatedly.
And Akuma is a cunt.
