It starts up slow but I'm enjoying it now. There are no complex gameplay mechanics but the game is challenging in an old fashion way. The controls are junky and the story doesn't seem like anything that hasn't been done before, but the artistic direction and world design are pretty damn good.
Casual, simple game that implement interesting mechanics well.
As my main nigga Nodrim said, the controls are a bit frustrating, and the story is irrelevant. Yet it's a fun little game you play in some 20/30 minutes sessions from time to time.
Nothing mindblowing, yet a cool concept.

I agree my men, it has nothing particularly remarkable gameplay-wise (on the contrary, everything is on the basic side, perhaps too much) and trying to handle the assassin can feel awkward, but the game does have its charm.
It's mainly thanks to the nifty tilt-shifty style, inspired music/relaxing mood and free approach, although it's easier to use the katana ninja-style than going for the Rambo mode
