Congrats Madrilistas, well deserved now let us win the final pls :')
Juve's scudetto was never really in doubt, still
Both Roma and Napoli had a very solid run this year as well, but as it's often happened in the past, they lacked defensive consistency and mental strength during some of the key moments. Six titles in a row is damn great achievement despite Serie A's so-so state, in addition to three Italian Cups in a row, and to think that only ~10 years ago Juve was facing its darkest time, playing in Serie B after after having been almost completely dismantled.

The celebratory feels
If I see Gigi Buffon finally winning a UCL, I won't be even mad- but still I hope Crishtanu will do some of his magic... As for Napoli and Roma - they only lacked some referee's help . J/K
If yet another season goes by without the top European leagues adding extra referees to monitor LIVE cameras/replays, I'm totally calling BS on the entire sport.
This is a disgrace.
In 2017 for someone like the heads of these leagues and sports associations to claim ignorance of technology and maintain ignorance of fair play when so many people watch this sport, and knowing the clubs and leagues are filthy rich and can afford fancy systems, is complete and utter BS.
What a horrible game from Ajax, they just couldn't handle the park the bus style with on top of that almost everybody out of form. What a shame. Happy with the performance of de Ligt though.

Yeah, there was a ton of possession but sadly it didn't produce anything worthwhile.
It was more or less a typical Moufinal(tm), his teams often use the ultra-attentive strategy with the license to sting, only to go back to the full turtle mode as soon as they achieve what they want. If the defense holds (and it did tonight) it's not easy to play against that..it was the same style that let him win a CL with Inter back in the day (although there was more quality in that team of course).
Good signing for Pep's style of play, certainly not cheap but that's because today's market is just out of control. They really need some proper defenders too though if they want to win something (stay away from Bonucci )
