What about that call of juarezwhatever? One of those had pretty decent reviews, and that game had dust in it, so surely qualifies as a western...

Doubt it's true. The whole train of logic in that video is absurd. Mostly the connection between that film producer and the video in the deseret. There is no connection between those. Far Cry in western setting would be cool, though Smile

It's rumoured to play in Montana but definitely isn't "Wild-West". According to some Ubi Dev who got asked. Might be a modern setting of some sort.

The sad thing is: there has been too few open world Wild West games let alone good ones but Ubisoft sure as fuck are not the ones to make us happy to see another one announced.

Far Cry Blood Dragon was very enjoyable. They should do a similar over-the-top game with a wild west setting.
But i'm not sure if it even was developed by Ubilol, or some other company just got hired for it.
