Just use some fake Steam account. That's what i use too now, as i can't be bother to leave those different crap groups again everytime.

just visit the uncensored dlc store page and hit download, it will appear in your library and will download without problems. but i dont know if its works, there it will download ~290mb and on my main account it wants to download 374mb. difference is most likely cause of speechfiles, but dunno
