Like I said, you have to extract the HVTs instead of just subuing them and getting the money. Apart from that, not sure. Except the fact that you can play coop with others using the uncut version I guess.

UNCUT=PC version
the only difference is HVT extraction which can be pain in the ass if u surrounded by constantly respawning enemies or alies who report your ass every second and u becoming hostile to them in a jiffy
so fuk uncut version

Afaik in the cut version ragdoll is disabled on dead bodies, plus there's no option to execute the captured HTVs (they just vanish when you tie 'em up, instead of you having to call the heli to pick 'em up).

dunno wtf are u talking about but if i run over some dead or alive body i can feel and see ragdoll just like in SR, that is first pal release which considered as cut version
