Check the Steam forums and see the people's reports on performance after the demo was out. It's still abysmal.

No FPS issues after turning off all their amazomg adaptative shit and @ ultra settings BUT stopped playing ~midway on the second map (harbour map?).
Oh and that was @ 1440x900
