There might actually be one, Bioware previously announced they would share their plans for patches (and fixes for animations and the likes) today. This should be the day we find out what they'll change.
Sounds like big work for a game that is already released and money has changed owners. They need basically re-animate whole shit, personally i don´t believe this will happen.

I don't expect they'll fully replace all the animations with quality animations, but I wouldn't be surprised if they did 2 things:
1) Replaced canned and often-recycled animations with better ones. Particularly during dialogue, some animations are very basic and reused very often during the game. They could replace those with better ones and cover a lot of animations this way. An easy example are the Alien mouth movements during speech. They're super low quality, the same ones are recycled all the time, they could easily make a few good ones and recycle those ones instead.
2) Replaced some specific cinematic animations that are of poor quality. Like the gun being held the wrong way.
There should be, it's called GstRender.MotionBlurEnabled 1 in the "ProfOpts_profile" which holds the settings for Frostbite Engine games.
(Well the actual name has varied a bit.)
Chromatic aberration is also available via either in-game or GstRender.Chromostereopsis 1 (1 for on, 0 for off)
Something like that for example, DX12 is in the engine but not available though I kept the cvar.
(Mantle is also in there as a legacy from previous Frostbite builds as is OpenGL for non-Windows versions.)

Everyone knows that in reality we see motion blur constantly and eye can only see 24fps MAX!
edit: I actually thot andromeda was kinda tolerable when I tried the origin demo... now im on the bandwagon of hate, but im really happy that the isodemo is out so I dont need to spend money on the biggest comedy release this year
