Heh, yeah, that was quick. Simply searching "reddit cemu" gave a link for the leak, didnt even have to search the subreddit. It also seems to be a hotfixed version, so maybe the hotfix helped Zelda.
well the fixes I wanted are there for botw. The water is fixed, magnetic thing fixed, not sinking anymore. But with all emu's you fix one thing and something else breaks ....going to be a while...more versions and updates....can play a lot more now...in the end I will probably buy a used WiiU and game cheap down the road
Going by the Reddit that's perfectly normal unless you have some over the top CPU and over the top overclock on said CPU.
This release fixes various bugs but performance is probably going to take a while plus there's some reliance on shader files and a pretty crazy amount of them too.
(~32 GB RAMDisk USB drive.)

Yeah, I'm afraid you're right.
Veeeeery close - but not quite.
I kinda need 25-30 FPS to play something like this without going crazy.
Is a i5 2500K @ 3.2/16GB RAM and GTX1060 6GB enough for 4K?
I tried it a bit back and i could not get things to run smoothly altough i only played around with it for a few minutes.
Also, do you still need to download someones cache for all games to not stutter?
Probably not maybe in Mario 3D world and Kart since those are by far the least demanding but in everything else especially BotW even a 70$ G4560 now beats your old CPU hands down since only raw Single Core Performance counts, and your GPU isn't really used much at all so it's actually not very important, get a Haswell+ Intel or a Ryzen CPU if you want to run newer emulators like Cemu.
I must say that 1.7.4 is garbage for me, softlocks at some point sooner or later and cant get out of full screen and all i can do is press reset, no task manager, no alt + f4 works. Back to 1.7.3 were stuff works.
P.S: Weakest part is you can change controller on the fly as the game says fuck you, there is now new imput device. Now when my juice runs out of the controller i can only alt+f4 it and loose progression.
1.7.4 was superseded by 1.7.4b and then 1.7.4b was re-released within ~40 minutes fixing some crash issue, maybe that's the problem?
I'm not a Patron though so while I found a couple of leaked URL's I'm probably just going to wait until April 9th and grab the unprotected public release.
Yeah, the golden age of emulators is upon us . All it took was a lil' a$$i$t, but it's a system that's fair in my opinion and fundamentally seems to work well, so it's all good...for now!
Funny thing is, in the past emulators have tried asking money and nearly all of them failed with free alternatives dominating. I think the Spectrum emulator was the only instance where a paid version was actually recommended. Of course, it's been rare to see working emulators of current-gen systems (if you can call the Wii U current gen) whereas it used to be pretty common in the 90's. Remember Bleem?
you need to decrypt the iso. In the end you should have a folder called The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild and in that folder there should be 3 folders code, content, meta Launch cemu and point it to the game folder "code" in there you see a file called U-King.rpx.
Aye, was playing BotW with it today. Ran pretty decent. Had some glitches with towers, other than that it stuttered at times but I was not playing from the SSD+4k pack and downloading that ME:A abortion at 7MB/s so I think those stutters could have been lessened
Only played about 4/5 hours so I can imagine there's more glitches to be had than the little I experienced so far. Damn impressive to see how far they got, same with the other games I tried today compared to 2/3 months ago when I last tried cemu.
@Zellar
Yup, but weren't those just fixes for AMD users?
