I completed ACP yesterday and I must say, I like this. For me it's the best of all the standalone missions.
Completed without augs for the challenge and it was really fun. Some things were left unexplored due to this but I might to a second run with augs sometime later.

I just finished the pre-criminal DLC too, and I definitely agree, it was better than I expected.

Some sort of Deus Ex meets Riddick, with the traditional solid gameplay (starting from scratch as per usual with these 'stories', with also the possibility to play without the more advanced augs), pretty good level design and...so-so writing (again), but it had its twisty moments. It's not too short either and better structured than the previous flabby one.

Definitely worth a yarrish ride, but sadly still quite a pointless mini-adventure in the grand scheme of the incomplete dying franchise. What a shame :'(

The DLCs were pretty great, but yeah I was surprised even Criminal Past was just as short as System Rift and Desperate Measures.

And the game is probably great exactly like HR

So you expect this game to be awesome, yet can't "force" yourself to play it? Instead you just delete it?
Wat.

I even installed it once, played for hour. marveled at nice graphics and never touched again.

I don't think I have games in me anymore Sad
I don't play much recently... but on the other hand, I don't want to force myself

main story no
there are snippets of story line in some emails

generally the DLC is good for the gameplay, but no real connection to deus ex

What StrEagle said Razz. I was hoping to encounter familiar faces or references, but the only ones that can be found are extremely subtle/negligible lines here and there. It's a self-contained entity with its own set of characters and a new environment, and with no real purpose besides providing more hours of gameplay, but the level design is good and intricate enough to explore and have fun.

Just get the separate files and creamapi 'em on top of the legit game, it's what I did since supporting the company for this and after all that's happened is a giant no-no in my book.

The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.

DLC FIX NOTES

Packed the wrong steam_api64.dll, which made the DLC not getting
properly enabled on some configurations. We are sorry for the trouble
it might have caused

If you have our previous crack included, then you just have to copy our
new steam_api64.dll over and overwrite. Alternatively we have included
the full cracked in this release, if you haven't copied the cracked
over from the main release

Skid Row

Was ist das... !? Shit release!?

Since it's week-end I might give the game another try... some miracle optimizations might have occured via latest updates. Yeah right.

Anyone tested this? Does it... work... ?

How long are the DLC's? Just finished main story after a long time sitting on HDD.
Overall it was disappointment. Will go trough DLC's quick and forget about it.

Well for one i completed System Rift in about 6 hours exploring everything, reading e-mails and all the things. And Criminal Past took me 8 hours playing non-lethal,ghost and exploring everything and doing every POI and side mission.

I don't agree with this. If you really do explore, then it takes more time.
