This is what I don't understand. The point of puzzles is so the player has to think and figure out what the solution is. If the game just gives it away, all you're doing is "press F to pay respect", what's the fucking point? And if you're worry kids can't figure it out and get frustrated, why the fuck you put it in then?
People adored Uncharted 4 like it was the greatest thing (for consoles I suppose), but the puzzle in that was a bloody waste of time in my opinion. Just like it was for God of War and DMC. Here it is the exact same thing.
Go back to previous ME design and just have combat after combat with loot rooms to get more lore, cash, etc. They've spent all that time putting in jetpacks and shit, make use of that then.
Lastly, the fucking scanning. TW3 did the scanning thing right by giving it interesting context, like you're solving crime. AND even then I thought it was mostly boring, easily my least favourite part of the game. Here it is far worst. The only reason scanning is a thing is because they couldn't bother to make the environment interesting organically, and have to add gamey contrived gimmicks to mix up the bullet sponge combat and lack of cutscene in general.
You can just see right through the pathetic design for this game from that "loyalty" mission alone. Lacks confidence, ingenuity, effort, and talent. I can' wait for this game to bomb so Bioware can fuck the right off and stop thinking they're still the shit when it comes to RPGs.

Ofcourse, how else would you validate or oppose your thoughts?
Was harsh for quite a few games that I end up playing, some surprised most didn't.

Same here. ME1&2 were great but couldnt play ME3 for more than an hour somehow. I wont even touch this.
"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) "Have the courage to use your own understanding," is therefore the motto of the enlightenment."

Well it will sell. It's Mass Effect after all. Unfortunately hump is not a rep for people who play games.
I probably won't touch it. I remember when 3rd part was released and I tried to replay the previous parts for the continuity of choices (like that mattered in the end). And I couldn't finish the ME2 for the second time because how dull and tiring it really was the second time around. In conclusion I haven't even touched the 3rd part.
Looking on the gameplay for Andromeda, it really is the same with some gimmicks like jetpack and bullet sponge enemies.
The corrupt and bribed pseudojournos advertise the flexibility in builds and replayability due to this but really it changes from killing with sniper rifle to killing with ME's psy powers. And if the writing is not improved from that "loyalty" mission I'm too old for this shit.
Yet I don't dare to state it will be a bad game just mediocre hyped to the level of the 7th coming of action RPG Jesus.

They realized and went: oh shit oh shit oh shit... people will notice we bullshitted when we said the animations and facial expressions were still in the works. Best not anger them more with bland mp mediocrity. So here's a picture of a Krogan doing the macarena in Jeggings.

You forgot something: Followed by a DLC which was ready way before the day 1 patch was even in the works.

Ohh I see now.. the DLC IS the female animation patch. Only $8.99 to see Femshep swing her hips, and not swagger like the transsexual she currently looks like.

They took quite an attractive model, and thought 'right, if I was a feminazi type game reviewer, how can I modify this face in a way that I would find the least triggering?'
That is the result.
edit: They clearly took the base facial scans, and added masculine features, such as a wider chin, more masculine lips, a wider, masculine nose and changed the eyes to be well, more masculine.
It's what you'd get if the model has testosterone.

Yeah, the modeling is clearly made to be a safe bet for SJW cunts.

I think that is the biggest fault in logic I see here: why even bother modelling a face after someone if you are gonna mess with it anyway?
If you want a less "Hollywoodian" appearance than design that or pick a model with a more subtle level of attractiveness.
