Imho, buying games by preorder, early access or even at release is a waste of time, money and nerves lol.

With all the "DLC, Season pass etc bullshit", I rather wait for a "complete edition" down the line or at least a sale.

Or until I get the full game through my humble bundle monthly subscription ^^.

+1 Wink

+1

Also think its half broken the industry, lots of studio's and big publishers putting out dogshit products/ruining IP cashing in mega dollars on pre-order hype, cut content and derp customers.

What's the original language? Japanese or English? It's just that I set Japanese but when the first cutscene started it seemed that lip sync didn't match the language. Laughing

Blurry??? Nothing here but then again i disabled all the Great effects like motion blur and what else is in there.
If you play only at 60 fps anyway then why dont you turn vsync on?

Any new AA options since the demo? I used SMAA + 1.5x(or 2x, can't remember) internal RES and that ran and looked ok, but I was hopping for more options on the final code. Is that the case?

Dunno what was in the demo but in the final release there is FXAA , TAA , FXAA+TAA , SMAA

I'm still trying to decide which one is the worst one Laughing all of them are fairly bad sadly Sad
FXAA+TAA is the only one that does anything but then the game is blury as shit and with any other option the game still looks pixelated as fuck Sad

On the plus side the game is super fun Very Happy

out of sig inspiration for the moment Okay

Try only using SMAA, I find that TAA blurs everything.

Yea I am, Txaa makes the game far to blurry.

Turning off shadow cache helped a lot have no performance issues at all.

Game is pretty fun. Should be a bit harder.

CPY sending a message Shocked

This is actually huge. Capcom is one of the big boys and resident evil one of there flagship titles. The big D is ganna have trouble asking for the same kind of money in the future hahaha.
I think CPY are just improving there technique of detecting triggers and recompiling the obscured nonsense. Look at the timeline of the earlier releases compared to the last couple months. Fun times.

Now plz crack a game I care about Laughing

Don't use interlaced rendering mode it looks like total shit especially with TAA or FXAA you get a blurry aliased mess.

Dishonored 2 is still not cracked though . +other older games..

Perhaps greedy Capcom paid much less than Bethesda and RE7 version has much less triggers and other shit.

Wut ofc i know that cause i know how Denuvo works it's not rocket science and if you bothered to actually read a bit about it you would know as well, even training wouldn't make sense cause the triggers and the basic implementation varies from exe to exe even a patch can totally change that, that's why i said it's basically a different game so it doesn't help them in any way.

I agree that CPY most likely didn't bothred that much with the DEMO, But it won't be accurate to say cracking other games didn't helped them to improve thier cracking method..

Every game and update changeing the triggers no deny about that, But in end , All Denuvo titles are using similer principle and CPY obviously found proper method dealing with it if they can crack newsest version of Denuvo in just 4-5 days.

They are probably waiting for the right patch since it's still pretty messy.

I have the same issue, blurry visuals I mean. Especially the VHS tapes scene, it just feels so horribly rendered. I have tried almost everything but hasn't helped. At this point, the PS4 quality felt much better to me. There is seriously something weird out here. I have switched render mode to Normal but it still feels like it runs in interlaced mode. WTF?

I've just tried the game and performance is really great. And I'm not even using the latest drivers (support for re7). All maxed out except for CA, 1920x1200, SMAA . With vsync on and power saving mode enabled my gpu is sitting at 600-700Mhz ("default" heavy load clock is 1100). That's what it takes to maintain stable 60 fps. Very Happy

It uses ~3800-3900 VRAM(4000 max) though but unlike some other games(RottR) this doesn't cause any fps drops.

The VHS tape sequences use a shader effect to simulate a cheap camera, including some static distortion effects and reduced color accuracy among a few things.
(Also looks very pixelated or aliased.)

Disabling TAA would probably help a little bit but there's other effects in the main game too that soften the image, downsampling certainly helps but yeah hope you have a 8GB+ VRAM GPU and a fast one at that too. Very Happy

Surprised to see the game runs smooth at 60 FPS on Medium @ 1080p for me, I haven't upgraded my PC in ages. Laughing But it crashes in the basement, seems a common problem on Phenom CPUs.

Well, hope they patch it.

Edit: Seems it happens in the basement and a few minutes later when you run into Mia. Does anyone have a save game file AFTER that? It's right at the beginning of the game.

There are more phenom triggers later in the game mentioned on rin, so might read up on that before playing.

The game allrdy goes up to 6-8gb vram usage/paging on very high texture settings for me which is not that great on my 4gb card dropped it to medium there is no difference in texture detail so i assume high and very high just caches more textures then medium.
