the case is a good choice. when it comes to the psu, even a proper 400w device would be more than enough for that system. but cause of oc an maybe more drives in the future 500w is a good choice. have a look at the corsair vengeance 500 (or if you want a modular one the 550)

All I want from psu is to be modular. have full black cables and be quiet.
My current 5 years old corsair gaming 600w is quiet on desktop. But any game activity and that thing is loud. And the fan turning on or of is even louder

G2 is amazing for the money you put in. As to the sound: it rarely spins up and when it does I don't hear it since the GPU is being louder (970 strix) at that level of performance. Not that I'm running high overclocks or anything. GPU is stock and the 6600k is running at 4.6 which it does effortlessly.
Only downside that I found was the plastic of the connectors felt a bit cheap compared to some other ones I had... and especially when you compare it to the quality of the PSU itself and the box it came in. Still it does the job and it's not like it will break.
Definitely would recommend it if you don't have much money too spend but still want quality.

Croc, look out for Super Flower. EVGA uses them as their supplier for their beefier units. Maybe check out the one in my sig.

In that line-up:
G2 / P2 / T2 are Superflower
GS and PS are Seasonic

I'm also buying Define C. One of the most interesting cases atm.
EVGA G2 is a solid choice. 550W is good for a single GPU setups so just grab it. Don't forget that EVGA has also released G3 PSUs which are also very good. EVGA G3 have 7 year warranty.
The best review sites for PSUs are JonyGuru and TechPowerUP.
