I dont think the price is that high. It's an investement for the future. The condo me and the girlfriend bought is also very pricy but hoppefully we will get more when we sell it.

Yea I can understand buying it to invest etc. and stuff but damn :/. Houses around my area have sky rocketed because we have even more celebrities living here now. Wayne rooney has bought a house (£4million) a 5 minute walk away. I hate london for it's shitty views and premium prices Smile. If i was going to buy something like that it would purely have to be an investment. I hate the city life - i'd prefer to commute and live on the beach or a mountain.

Nice pad man, looks killer. Your home theater rooms looks alot like mine. But i have less seating Sad But i do have a 100 inch screen .

Are alot of those pictures of public use areas? or is that all in your condo?

I agree that the price isnt that bad, ive had my house for about 6 months and its allready apreciated about 40Gs. And i live in suberbia. So if its innner city it could possibly be worth alot more than a mil in a couple years.

I was in LA about 2 weeks ago on my way to Australia, and wholly shit is it big. Calgary is big enough for me.

Nice condo, and for Dowtown LA that is in the ballpark in terms of price. All those photos of the home theater, bar area, large outdoor patio, gym, etc are open communinal areas that all the resident share, they are not actually attached to the condo that was bought. If they were the price would be in the 7 figures. Nice place tho....

it was half a million Smile but considering the area that its in and all the major development happening there it is actually a great investment because the value of this property is going to skyrocket in the next few years Smile

Have you noticed the Fed have raised interest rates and commited to raising them further? Have you noticed the new laws to triple minimum credit card payments? Have you noticed that people are leaving California in droves to Arizona, Idaho, Oregon etc.?

let me guess... you got an ARM mortgage.. Laughing
