This happened about 15 years ago (I would have been 16 or so). We were shopping for christmas presents and I found a cheap DVD I thought would be good because Harvey Keitel was in it.
Anyway, my grandmother decides she'd like to watch it with me when we got back home. Fair enough I thought, it sounds like a cop movie, what could go wrong? Then we got to this scene (there were others, but this was the worst):

simlar story and I do remember that scene. The new Nick Cage Bad Luitenant was pretty cool if you haven't seen that as well.
