Definitely worth 19 euros, especially because currently only like ~20% of content is available. Helos, tanks, maps, weapons, factions will come soon enough (for free, ofcourse), not to mention amazing mods (Post Scriptum)
With my new i7 6700k, the game really runs well, even with my shitty inno3d gtx 970. Can´t wait until we get weapon resting, working bipods (with animations!) and the ability to drag/carry wounded people because right now, playing medic is a weird game of guessing where the wounded pops up after applying a fielddressing. Really, really annoying.

we have raised about 35k $ for charity this weekend, and we sold quite a few copies, consistent player base has doubled and that is great sign, we will keep working to improve the game as much as we can, please provide constructive feedback if you had or have any issues or have some suggestions
Upcoming features include: Animations system overhaul (performance boost, and ofc way prettyer animations), Mortars, Dragging (possibly, not completely sure), free look, maybe even VR we will see A lot more is on the board, this patch was only our first performance pass so expect way more as the engine and our skill develop

What I'm waiting from you guys is the complete version of the vehicles damage model. If you can pull something similar to the Men of War series, you own the simulation market. Nobody has ever bothered to make vehicles fighting more complex in an FPS and that sux. I have faith that Offworld Industries will make the first big step in this evolution.
Peeps who have the game, can you answer some basics please?
Is there a server browser? are the people intelligent human beings who can converse or is it trolls(the low quality kind) and kids screaming into the mic? How is the server situation in europe?

Community is mostly mature, altho you do run into some douches sooner or later.
There is a server browser - yes.
Cannot say the precise number but theres loads of EU servers.

Yes, you see the name of the server (duh!), gametype, mapname, number of players (including reserved slots if i interpret that right).
You´ll end up in communicative squads 80% of the time and have more or less tacticool gameplay, the other 20% its either dead silence on the radio or the "lol, iksdee, i´ll alahu snakbar de enemies, hurhurr" and "cheeky breeky, dudelduu, derp" but its rare to end up in one of those and you can switch squads right away if you sense these type of people.
There is almost no intentional TK and most people try to play the game as it was meant to play.
Server situation in Europe is great, lots and lots of server, many of them at full capacity at primetime

I need the new animations and free look so badly, was expecting it for this update...

Stop teasing us! I know animations are coming in A10, but what else?!?!?
Inventory/Weapon system overhaul, but I dont know what really expect from that tbh
Animations look kinda floaty and cartoony but still better than nothing! Bought this game quite a long time ago but I just couldnt stand the early access state, looking forward to more updates though
Yeah, I haven't bought it yet but I'm always keeping an eye on the updates and improvements, since the potential here is really huge. It's always great to have something realistic and tactical instead of Ubiauthentic and tacticool.
The foundations are already great (from the few hours that I spent with the free weekend), it just needs more stuff built around the solid core gameplay, and it really seems that the direction is the right one. Keep up the good work men!

Exactly my thoughts. Add to that a few more layers of optimization and I will be buying it
Patience my friends, we update quite consistently, we finally have tracked vehicles in which allows us to finnally do some heavy assets, the maps are getting updated and expanded, a better fob system, next patch will have animation updates and stuff I sadly cannot talk about, I remember the first early access we released, you couldnt even go prone It just takes time for an indie dev to get all those massive things in, but were determined, this is our love baby, in time it will become even more and more closer/better than PR (Battlefield2: Project Reality - our previous project). Also modding support is being opened and expanded with every patch, modders have more and more freedom so cool things will come.
And Yes, do not rush buying if you do not want to, we have enough funds to keep this alive for a long while
Edit: Also, regarding the animation system, we try to make it as fluid as possible without sacrificing performance which is a huge task and a b^#&* to work with on this scale but the engine grows, we grow and in time it will reach a decent state
Signature/Avatar nuking: none (can be changed in your profile)
