You could be affected but might not be. I didn't experience any issues with my EVGA model with small overclock.

At least this is one way to make sure your launch card has a new bios. Hopefully all the other manufactures listed there eventually update their bios too.

My 1060 has Samsung memories. Afaik, everyone I know that got an MSI Pascal card had Samsung memories on it

It is also that most of the launch cards were Samsung then due to demand they probably had to switch to Micron to keep up with it so now it's a mixed bag as to which you may get.

much more interesting that you can push it down 10°C with very little effort. though evga fucked up, shouldnt be a problem but over a long time i think its too hot
