Anyone tried the beta?..my god it is atrocious, couldn't stand to play more than 3 matches..was a big CoD fan back in the day..they really need to re-invent themselves, to attract me again..because it is the same thing over and over and over again
First of all they need to get back to the roots of the series and stop with this machines-robotic-ultra-scifi-spaceshit.
Yeah, I'm also waiting for that step..I also don't like the sci-fi setting..really glad that at least Battlefield decided to go back to the reallity settings
They will never change the formula that's for sure, best they could do is to abandon the franchise. But since they are not going to do that they should atleast abandon that futuristic crap.

The only different here seems to be gravity and the visuals. Since MW2, these games have been as shit as one another.
Well, the formula is always going to stay the same, as in Battlefield series, as in CoD series..they are never going to change that.
The only thing they can change is the setting..then the rest is up to the person if he likes CoD formula or not..and that varies from person to person..I for one, like the CoD formula and Battlefield's formula..one is more team oriented experience on big maps and the other one is fast paced corridor shooting on small maps..and I enjoy them both.
Currently I have bought Battlefield 1 and I absolutely love it..but on the other hand, I am also waiting for the Modern Warfare Remastered standalone release, can't wait to re-lieve the memories..because I have to be honest, I haven't been enjoying in CoD's since Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.
i would like to see a proper vietcong 2 first but ok we can ignore that pos and go for 3
but i have to disappoint you: nothing which is marked with the name call of diddy and is from craptivision will ever be a good game again. and 2k czech which was responsible together with another studio for the vietcong series hasnt made good things either in the past years. they should go for a new top spin

wow and to think you are from bristol and missed the point, if one wonders about 3 products and "talks" about them, and while taking plays both and discusses the way they play, how about fucking waiting till you can play all three and make a better observation about it all.
tl;dr version - COD IW has gun stat boosts, getting them takes an eternity unless you pay Activision money and get lucky. Remember to buy the season pass!
