All settings maxed out and this is what it looks like.
Doesn't look that bad. It seems to have some crazy FXAA in those shots, but other than that lighting looks well, and textures not that bad. The night shot is nice.
We basically need a miracle patch and everything will be alright, now where did I hear that before.
It's also worth mentioning that the original Mafia could go up to 63fps back in 2002, it really was a game ahead of its time!

The Steam forum is full of fanboys trying to defend their purchase by calling 30-fps haters things like "disgusting nerds" and "go outside an experience real life if you want good graphics and high fps".

AA is Low/Medium/High so it's obviously some post-process blur crap, unfortunately someone forgot a "off" setting so yeah setting it to high will smooth out the game but it'll smooth the visual quality too with it's over-done blurring.
