Think it says that for every game. But i do indeed have a fast enough connection, but i can't even comprehend the sheer stupidity of those that decided upon 4k only.

It's not 4K only. It's up to 4K like Netflix. Slow internet connections get bad looking videos rather than forcing them to wait an hour for the 4K stream to buffer.
TWIN PEAKS is "something of a miracle."
"...like nothing else on television."
"a phenomenon."
"A tangled tale of sex, violence, power, junk food..."
"Like Nothing On Earth"

so i guess its borked for me as it takes aound 45 minutes to buffer the stream of 25min ep
To be honest I don't have firsthand experience with seeing it stream lowres videos but I remember people complaining it looked worse than 480p for them so I assumed the video quality can scale. But since I haven't seen it with my own eyes, perhaps not..

I already posted Episode 1 and 2 here and all is from Skidrow release. No piracy pirate eyepatch etc and all videos playing. And on default settings, it's all fine, too

You allow the game through firewall? I'm concerned about that...

I didn't allow or block anything. I don't care about such details
Oh yea. Another awesome endboss fight, where they just throw many enemies in your face, throw in some instant kill abilites with big range, long loading times and a shit checkpoint where you have to restart from the beginning every time.
Seriously, i now just die randomly after a few restarts.
I almost raged, when I finished installing my new PC and copied back the /User folders and stuff and then wanted to play QB and the damn thing just wouldn't accept my old save game and I almost raged lol. But in the end, I prevailed and tricked the damn sucker into accepting my old save, but oddly enough all the upgrade point I had went missing
But I was almost at the "ah fuck it and delete that *ç%&*ç%" moment
Oh and also I then at some point had turned off shadowplay, So 5 minutes before the end of Act 3 I realized that and had to redo half the act in order the record lol ...

MUCH AWESOME. VERY RAGE.
Final boss is very raging because of the shitty checkpoints and the ability to one shot you... thankfully the ending was quite rewarding...
But wtf, the ending was so really bad and was just a cliffhanger. It screams for some DLC to finish the story.
Or did i miss something?
All the cliffhangers i noticed:
Spoiler:
1. What happens to Jack after his chrono syndrom starts when he still is with Will?
2. No further explanation to Beth' storyline after that whisper.
3. What the fuck was that scene at the end with Hatch about? I guess he didn't die back then.
4. Was that Ogawa woman who interviewed you, the same Ogawa you heared throughout the game from enemy radio?
5. What happened to the Lifeboat people? Especially Fiona and that other dude.
Still, aside from the ending i rather enjoyed the game. The cutscenes and especially the TV show more than the actual gameplay.
7.8/10
The time freeze is still coming, just like it always was. The inevitable end was not dodged. There is one timeline. Beth is never going to survive this.
And about Hatch he is a Shifter and he learned to control his abilites and was able to hold form. Actually the Chronome Syndrome was Paul becoming a shifter also. Hatch wants time to end that's why he didn't die and he was the one who become a shifter by founding a natural time machine in a cave which is found in a note. And he also knows that the countermeasure won't make the end of time stop. I don't know but if i remember right, he was the one who killed Dr. Kim because he was really close to a cure for Pauls Chronome Syndrome.
Last posts is also what I understood of the ending.
Also Bob, in case you didn't understand,
Spoiler:
in the end Jack has to choose 2 path, just like Serene had to.
Now that Serene is gone (well he is becoming a shifter now), Jack is becoming was Serene was before, and has to make decisions (when you have 2 choices in the red screen) to find a cure to time stopping.
So yeah Jack is kinda becoming the bad guy now, although Serene in fact was right all along and Jack wouldn't be able to save time from stopping...
Correct me guys if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure that's what it is.
Doubt it will have a follow-up, I think it was meant to end that way, and I think it's a satisfying "conclusion", it was original and not expected...
Imo this story was really well crafted and i don't think they could continue it anyway. It was meant to be an open ending. The game really did a good job of hinting things and not leave any plotholes.
