Welp, somehow i fixed my game, medium/high settings, disconnected my joysticks only left the g27, took off 200mhz out of my OC and now its stable and playable. No more crashes too.

My luck ran out as well. My game was removed as well, and I don't see it coming back. |
Received reply from CJS saying that it is a known issue and they are going to refund it. They are verifying it with their supplier. So I ended up buying the Deluxe edition from the Singapore store with xbox credits. |
Yeah, I've got the same response. I guess Singapore it is.

Has anyone else noticed your GPU clock frequency changing after the game crashes? I noticed this last night and today, the first time I play after turning the computer on the clock is where it should be and after a crash or two the frequency is locked far below where it should be. On my GTX 660 I can get a constant 30 fps on medium at 1080 once it crashes the frequency this last time would not go above 324 stock is 1090. I have to restart my computer for it to behave again. I am also on the latest Nvidia driver.

hah! That's why I don't run any of those 3rd party optimization deals.

Found this little script:
