its metro (ui), thats the name of the original design(language). and thats still awesome; though it diluted more and more in the last few years (partly in good points and in most parts in bad points)

Is this real? I was downloading AGAIN, i paused PAUSED today so i could play online, 2 hours later i hit resume and its back to 0% I DIDNT EVEN FUCKING LOG OFF, FUCK YOU MICROSOFT U FUCKIGN CUNTS PIECES OF SHIT

had that problem ages ago with dunno, killer instinct i think. but i paused and restarted even the pc multiple times while downloading halo forge and it always resumed like it should
@polo: yes. but only digital stuff. physical xboner copy doesnt grant you access to the pc version. its called xbox anywhere, just google it

i dont know ... i guess it way too reminds me tablet/mobile design of Win 8's metro .... but maybe thats just me hating on mobile touch-control design on desktops

I'm very excited to play this!
The second horizon game was a blast on the Xbone, my friends and I had a blast of a time playing it, lots of cars, customization, and a large map helped a lot. The map for horizon 3 looks to be a lot more diverse which I'm sure will be enjoyable.

still works with clean install yes. ms will shutdown that any time soon, there isnt even statement about when or what or why it is still working after the official free upgrade ran out end of july

Not used the Win10 store at all, but a friend of mine purchased this game, what i would like to know is how to allow him to share the game with me, so i can play it on my machine, i already know we can't play it at the same time, i would just like the easiest way to share.

I think you would have to login to the MS store with his account and download it on your PC.

Around ~20 hours. Good game. A lot of fun.
However, there are a lot of minor issues which can make your experience really bad.
1. Minor stuttering for no reason. Major on off-road.
2. Major lag and massive fps drop (runs at 1fps) in tuning menu and auction house. This makes so hard to use the auction house. Tuning takes ages just to browse what's available. 1 frame per second.
3. Ultimate edition and yet none of the DLCs/VIP stuff is available for PC users.  This sucks as you lose a lot of credits by using normal wheelspins/rewards. Also, missing 15+ cars. The whole point of the ultimate edition was extra cars and stuff, but that itself is not available.
4. Pre-order car missing.
5. The game runs in a borderless window. Even if you select full screen, it plays only in borderless window mode. This might be causing all those stuttering (or not), but it sucks.
6. Blurry-broken photo mode.
7. The performance gets worse as you progress. Some areas (Rainforest, Yarra Valley zones, etc; the entire green area) it's unplayable as it keeps dropping from 60 to 20 to 30 and keep jumping randomly.
8. Random crashes. Mainly while browsing menus.
9. Laggy and unstable multiplayer.
10. More stuttering.

Apart from that, downloading from windows store was such a pain. Lost my connection for 5 minutes around 32GB and it started to download again from first. A lot of them having the same issue. It's just too much to download 50 GB multiple times.
Again, the game is plenty fun. But not recommended till all issues are patched out.

People with some pretty mega setups are reporting bad stutters and fps. Hopefully it's truly a "beta" and will be fixed soon.

running this on a GTX 1080, there are minor stutters here and there, nothing major. All in all above average port and highly enjoyable game.
