The following fixes are in this patch:

Fixed a DirectX 12 crash at start-up.
Reduced DirectX 12 CPU usage for better performance.
Slightly reduced system memory usage.

EDIT: You do still need to opt-in to the (Also updated.) preview branch to enable DX12, full support was apparently planned for the 19th this month so I guess we'll see one more update on Monday?

Yeah same, I actually used frag grenades in a couple of instances when nobody was around (had them in my inventory, couldn't just leave them there!)

It's a shame terrorists are such wimps here, back in the day they gave no fucks:

Did 2 benchmark runs with the new DX12 preview and performance did not change at all *in the benchmark*. It remains a 7-8% increase over DX11 for me.

DX12 runs like utter shit on my RX 480 (the benchmark is fine though Laughing ). Stuttering everywhere and the loading times become like 20 times longer for some inexplicable reason. Meanwhile DX11 is smooth as butter.

interested to see what drm they will use if any since Denuvo is out of the question.

Linux/Mac games from Feral are easily cracked using a steam_emu dylib to emulate Steam.

the game is 15 bucks in kwik-e-mart, so that is a pretty bad deal.

Nevertheless, i'd say it's worth 35 as well.. got 35 hours and still did nothing in the main quest after the tutorial+first mission.

Just pure exploration+side quest porn so far.

After I finished all secondary stuff, I got bored with the main story and abandoned the game. I'm a bit disappointed with how this game turned out.

If you use a controller some of the graphical effects are disabled during cutscenes as of this latest patch.
