So I got a g700s that I upgraded to from a g600 and both have made my hand cramp up pretty bad. So I started looking into a new mouse and read about this magical g900 that would probably suck your dick if it had a pair of lips. Go to look for it to buy, 150 bucks, Jesus Christ's hand with a cable attached to it apparently.
Best buy has a 7 day trial period apparently so I pick it up.
I haven't liked a mouse this much since the OG Razer Diamondback before Razer took a shit on quality. Hand gets zero cramps, the switches have perfect resistance for me, and the sensor can be calibrated for whatever surface you're playing on.
That price tag still sucks a dick and still joking about trying to justify the price but I'm keeping the fucker.

For the time you're probably be going to spend with it and all the good it will do to your hand, I think it is really justified.
"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) "Have the courage to use your own understanding," is therefore the motto of the enlightenment."

I'm (sadly) a Logitech Fanboy. As they fit perfect to my hand.
Still using a G700s myself. But god damn, their build quality is so fucking bad.
I had two G700 before that, which got replaced in a 1-2 year interval, because the buttons started fucking around.
Now after a bit over a year the G700s has the exact same problem as those: random double click of right button.
This probably was my last Logitech mouse.

That's kinda how I'm feeling. Ever since Overwatch came out, I don't think I've played a game this much for this long and just in general the smoothness of it. Like, 0 sensor jitter, I'd get that on my 700s where going slow was a little jerky and not smooth so playing a sniper was a challenge. This thing handles small movements amazingly well
The G9 button on my 600 went out, that's the only time I had trouble. I think the 700s just has issues, a kids I built a system for had to send his 700s in for replacement because it was going out.
The build quality on this 900 better fucking last till my balls are sagging to my knees or I'm going to be upset lol

Right click on my G500 is starting to fail, but I'll probably try some ghetto fixing before thinking about a replacement... also need to try and fix the wheel scroll

I usually end up around that price range. It's like couleur said... if you're spending that much time on it it's justified. Mine usually last up to 5 years or more (still have the previous one working) so with that in mind you aren't spending that much.

Just get one of the lightweight Razer mice. The Razer Abyssus was the best mouse I ever have owned and was very cheap. Now I have a cheap Coolermaster Alcor or something, very good.

2 days ago I got the new G403. Bought it from official Logitech store Germany for 50.99EUR (original price was 70EUR but there were two copons at the time that reduced price by 20% and additional flat 5EUR).
What an improvement from my old G400 (the oldest one, which had stupid angle snapping sensor). It fits my hand perfectly. Only minor drawback is that the mouse wheel press is quite stiff, but it's getting better the more I press it.
I really like that they returned to the normal design with their new lineup (G Pro and G403). No more Transformers-inspired design for 12 years old cool kidz.

I used to be a big fan of Razer when they first started out. I bought the Diamondback when it was first released, one died in a few months and the one they replaced it with is still going strong to this day. I also had a DeathAdder and that was the last release they had before they decided to go all Apple on their products without actually delivering quality on anything. They've become my favorite joke of the PC scene and I'll never spend another dime on their overpriced products.
