I've had 3 Wacom tablets and all of 'em the small size (2 Bamboo P&T and this Intuos P&T Small Manga).

My sister bought herself some time ago this "Intuos Pro Medium" wich has 8 buttons, a circle and it's huge. The only 2 differences i noticed are that that tablet (Pro) has a smooooooth and crystal kind of surface that doesn't sounds like if you were dragging iron over it when drawing on it with the Intuos P&T small pen... Also the Pro one's pen is much more smoother and ballpoint like (While mine's like an arrow) but i don't know if the precision or "drag over" feeling would be better or different than the one i own.

What i also don't get is that the drawing area is bigger but the "4 corners" are still there, so i don't know if whenever i draw is gonna be slower, need more distance to drag around or if it'll be the same as the actual one i have.. I don't know if there are any other differences that i should know or something..

The question is: Is it worth the upgrade (price's around 280€ instead of other shops' 340?€) or should i keep mine?. I work in 1920x1080p@120hz monitor (pics at 3500x3500 in Photoshop) without 3D function.

Thanks in advance

If you always used the small size drawing pad I wouldn't know how to help you I always had a large Intuos pro, because I like doing larger strokes when I draw and like to have similar size to the monitor so I see 1:1. Smile

But I don't understand your smoother surface remark for wacom pro, wacom had always mat surface to achieve the right surface friction. Similar to paper, thats why you have to exchange pen tips, because they get used up. Wink

Seems the one my sis bought was soft soft... But once i went to a shop who had the exact one with a pen test, the surface was like if it was some kind of rubber or "Not as soft" as i tought.. I might pass if i'd get such..
