Release Date Sep/Oct 2016 in EA, FULL in 2017
Quote:
Stuntfest is "a wacky vehicle-based physics playground that will enable you to create your own mischievous levels using the easy-to-use in-game editor and then trying to accomplish all sorts of crazy ragdoll stunts with a choice of vehicles ranging from mobility scooters to shopping carts."
In essence, Stuntfest sounds like a mash-up of the Next Car Game technology demo, FlatOut's rag doll mini-games and Stuntman's level editors. Stuntfest is expected to enter Early Access around September or October this year.

Stunt Playground
Did you have fun with ragdoll mini-games in our classic Flatout games? Or did you enjoy crushing your car in the technology sneak peek of Wreckfest? Would you like to create the most wackiest stunt levels yourself and share them with your friends? You are gonna love Stuntfest!

Stuntfest is a wacky vehicle-based physics playground that will enable you to create your own mischievous levels using the easy-to-use in-game editor and then trying to accomplish all sorts of crazy ragdoll and vehicle stunt events. Stuntfest brings back the silly glee of childish experimentation and trying out stupid things. Thanks to our advanced physics engine everything in Stuntfest is governed by the laws of physics – that you can of course twist by your will! Only your creativity is the limit! We give you the tools – you create, play and share!

The Power of Editor
Use Stuntfest’s ingenious built-in editor to create your own levels using the supplied gameplay rules and a huge amount of building blocks – track pieces, ramps, loops and all sorts of crazy contraptions ranging from giant toilets to crushing hammers, all designed for building an outlandish stunt challenges for you and your friends. How about a challenge, where you need to throw your driver into a giant blender? Sounds great! It’s up to you.

Vehicle Variety
In Stuntfest you will be driving, but not just your typical cars. It’s a no-brainer that a stunt game needs a stunt car, but in addition to that you hop on all sorts of crazy wheeled devices like a shopping trolley or a mobility scooter. If it’s got wheels and can be driven, there’s a good chance it will make its way into Stuntfest!

Ragdoll Fun
Ragdoll fun never gets old, and Stuntfest features a range of different characters ranging from slightly wacky to downright stupid, all waiting for you to try out games like ragdoll basketball or simply watch them getting a good old-fashioned beating. It’s a good thing too that ragdolls don’t feel pain because in Stuntfest you will witness them fly through the air to hit targets, painfully smash into all sorts of obstacles, run over and even be put through a blender.

Sharing is Caring
Once your masterful creation is ready to be unleashed for the whole world, thanks to Steam Workshop support sharing it online is almost as easy as clicking a button. And if you’re not great at building things, don’t worry, downloading the wacky community creations is even easier.

No triler given so far but its essencially side-game evolved from their old Fallout's stunt modes and from technological demo aka

This is what they should have done to begin with. Then the Flatoutesque stuff afterward.

fuck these guys till they finish Wreckfest imo. Do not understand given that games development history how they could possibly have the manpower to develop this alongside it.

well the techdemo was created even before the main wreckfest gameplay was in place ... so they just needed couple spare dev to make a game out of it Wink

Milking two deceiving cows at once, now that's dedication!
It would be great to have the original engine back instead of the 'revised' one, though I imagine it's unlikely. That mini sandbox-y mode was very limited, but I had a lot of fun with it

I was so close to buying wreckfest on early access but at the last minute I decided not. Then came the downgrades and delays. Bullet dodged.
