I dunno Poo Tsunami Simulator has some rather impressive ones.
Not really impressed by Poo Tsunami Simulator 2 though, they tried to make too much of an RPG out of it and add story and depth.

This week has been intense! We have been working on a smaller patch to celebrate the start of the 2016 UEFA European Championship and tomorrow there will be a free football (the REAL kind) related mini DLC available for free!
Alongside the mini DLC there will be a small patch to fix a few issues and adding the pre-order content for everyone to enjoy. Most interesting adjustments in the patch are the solar power plants producing now 70% of the daytime output and After Dark's Tourism specialization attracting more tourists. The full patch notes are listed below.
The team at Colossal will continue to work hard on bringing new content and improvements to Cities: Skylines in the future and I hope you enjoy this little update in the meanwhile!
Cheers,
Mariina

What would the next big DLC be about anyway? Personally I want to see more specific zones. With the way buildings level up in this game, everything just eventually hit max level. There's no feeling of difference in different part of town. I want to see specific zones that categorize different levels of prosperity. Like high-end tourism zones, high-end leisure, low-end leisure, low-density office zone, high tech industry, etc.
Transportation-wise, monorails should be next right? Some kind of public transportation above ground level, elevators for pedestrian to get up and down without the need of big ramps.
They need to include mixed zoning, shops on the ground level with residential above.
My fav mod for this game is Rush Hour, Im now adding rush hour events to all my downloaded unique building assets. Its just good seeing things happening in the city. Best moment so far was 1000 people turning up at the stadium for a mini footy event. It became chaos for traffic but even that helped me plan the roads and parking better for the next event.
Cities: Skylines Third Expansion will be a Catastrophe!
Prepare for Natural Disasters as a New Expansion Impacts Cities: Skylines
Paradox Interactive, a publisher suffering from asteroid rage, today announced “Natural Disasters,” an expansion for Cities: Skylines. Natural Disasters will add a series of city-destroying emergencies to Cities: Skylines, which can occur unexpectedly during the game – or be manually triggered by mayors seeking a challenge or some sort of gruesome, vindictive pleasure. Buildings and infrastructure will be destroyed, fire can spread across locations, and countless lives may be lost unless players implement the right emergency plans and responses and keep an ear on the new radio alert system.
Natural Disasters will be available for Cities: Skylines players on Windows, Mac, and Linux PCs this winter.

Fucking stupid DLC. If you support any one of those teams, why the fuck would you want to use the other teams' stadiums? So you're paying all that money for ONE stadium not actually 4. If you don't support any of them, you already have a free stadium with the same match day mechanics.
