This one looks more entertaining/bearable than the standard Forza to me, at least it just unleashes its more arcadish roaming roots without trying to be a simulator (and failing at it). Here's hoping the ghetto method from the black market still works, I'm playing the Quantum disaster that way at the moment (not without regrets)

Well, Dead Rising 4 was confirmed coming to Steam 90 days after release and now Quantum Break, so I imagine Microsoft aren't actually stupid enough to think their shitshop is profitable enough.
there was an interview a while ago where microsoft recognized steam as a target for their games from now.
so considering forza here is also published by microsoft, I'd expect it to go on steam as well.

ms confirmed xboner and pc version 100% identical in terms of content, dlcs etc and when they get released. you can buy it where you want and which version you want, you will always have access to both versions (xbox and pc). only exception -> the physical xboner version
