Tried this now for a bit.
+ The gameplay itself seems pretty much the same like in JC2, which was good.
+ Visuals aren't that bad either.
+ Performance with everything maxed and SMAA on my 970 is stable 60 fps most of the time.
- Only when a few explosions at once are happening, then fps go down to ~40 or even ~30 fps.
- Long ass loading times before you are actual in the game.
- Too many cutscenes, at least in the beginning.
I doubt the Denuvo bypass will work for much longer, so i won't continue playing.
But will buy the game at a good sale - if we don't see a real crack till then.

i downloaded Just Cause 3 2016 RePack DLC MULTi2-SEYTER but after the install i can't find Dlauncher.exe.Anyone else had this problem?

Your virus killer has probably deleted it. My ESET does that its most annoying. The file has a number of false positives.

as soon as I enter the main menu my memory usage reaches 100% (8gb) and the game becomes an unplayable stuttery mess, does anyone else experience this? The memory leak is so bad I have to hard reset to make the computer usable again.

its a bug with the game.
the official steam forum is full of reports about the mem leaks.
i play it completely maxed out at 1440p and its using upto 12gb out of 32 avail, which doesnt get freed up until you reboot

Just because your system takes the hit, it's not non-existent. Just like Bob probably has 16 GB even though tons of people had issues with a 970.

Yea i have 16GB RAM.
With all those bad ports recently, sadly having 16GB RAM is just better. It doesn't cost that much either, and not only games gain performance from more RAM.

With my old 770 GTX i had some performance issues at the release of the game, but now with the new 1070 i have cranked up everything and it doesnt drop below 90fps in daytime flying around.

just uninstalled the game.Did a few missions,took a heli for a ride around the island and got bored.Dunno maybe its me but i just can't get the point of this game...mindless fun.It's not fun at all,the driving sucks,shooting also,the parachute is almost always sooo freaking slow,the squirrel suit is somewhat interesting,i wont even go in the story/writing issues because i understand people don't play this game for that
