Anyone still playing this game? Just curious how it's holding up in general. Also, any spare trial keys or know of where I could find one? Seems most of the giveaways were last month. I've been trying some of the posted ones but no luck so far.

They got rid of the cheaters and client side hackable code yet?
Cheaters can be banned which they do, hacks can be detected they also do that and there have been a lot of changes to the client to make it harder to cheat but the source problem which is the client side checks will never be really fixed since they would need to rewrite a good portion of their code and change their server infrastructure so no that won't happen.
You cant speedhack or use NoCooldown hacks anymore though, so yeah they fixed the hacking. Only problem that is still present are bots, but I think every mmo has bots.

The publisher doing the steam release only has a license for part of EU (some eastern European country's where allrdy licensed by the Russian publisher bevore they started) Australia and NA.
Russia,Korea,Japan and other regions have other Company's publishing it there and those have no interest in steam, they all had IP blocks from the start as well.
